Savannah and my dad

Savannah is doing good; she is getting her blood transfusion right now. She was just breathing too hard, and the Doctor decided to go ahead and do it. Some good news though is that her IV is out for good, and she is taking her meds by mouth, they mix it up into her food. I am happy about that. She is still on oxygen, and under the hood, but she is now 3 pounds, 2 ounces (I double checked this time) and she is eating 23 mililiters of milk every 3 hours. So she is growing steadily.

My dad is doing much better also, was taken out of ICU this morning, and is maybe getting to go home tommorrow. Ironically, he is on the same heart medicine as Savannah, Digoxin; and also had an atrial flutter when he came out of surgery. Wierd, huh?
